The Tianqi Lithium Hydroxide Processing Plant contracted Lime Systems to design and supply a 2000T spodumene storage silo with discharge equipment. The package included two dust collectors, a bin activator, and an access platform.
The silo was constructed using a bolted design, facilitating modular construction and saving fabrication, supply, and shipping time. The installation involved hydraulically lifting the bolted structure from the roof, allowing all the work to be carried out at ground level to ensure a safe working environment for the construction staff.
Lime Systems completed the supply and installation of the package, meeting the project requirements without any incidents or injuries and delivering it two weeks ahead of schedule.
